Usually, I go to the one on Bethel, but when I came to this location yesterday, I was disappointed. Even though I asked several times, the waiter didn't come back once to refill my drink besides to drop off the check (took my first refill to go), the steak was dry, and when I asked for rolls to go they had me waiting by the bakery for 10+ minutes until I realized they had forgotten about me and just left. Definitely not like the location on Bethel.
Texas Roadhouse is a great place and favorite of mine. This location is great. Food perfect and staff friendly and helpful.

So glad we called ahead because when we got there it was an extremely long wait, approximately an hour and a half, BUT that was due to the rodeo being in town. Other than the wait my husband and I were extremely happy with our meals. Our waitress Katy was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back!

This was the second time we have been to the Polaris location. Definitely was better than the last! Food was good and service was great!
Had to send my steak back cause it was over cooked then when the new one came out it was under cooked. Wasn't a good trip this time. Have had better times at this location. The grill man needs some work on cooking steaks.
Come here all the time with my wife tonight I was by myself. I was seated at a 2 top and about 15 minutes went by with a waiter walking past me many times and never saying anything. I looked at my phone and it was almost 15 minutes so I was going to leave and then Caryn came up and asked if I had been helped. I told her no and I had been there for awhile.
