Service sucked for a waitress that was responsible for THREE tables, i will not be returning to this specific location.... I must be spoiled by the service at the stow location.... i was highly disappointed in service and my steak, asked for medium and received well done....

Tonight I went to roadhouse and was highly disappointed in what I received in terms of service. I orders 2 steaks both smothered with sides of the mixed vegetables to go. When I got home I was missing a side of vegetables and the one steak wasn’t smothered. I checked the receipt to make sure I order correctly and had. I drove back to the location to get my order fixed. I walk up to the to go outside area and a person comes up and asks me the problem. The Service and food was Excellent!💖
Went there for dinner tonight. Absolutely horrible service by Bri, the man who brought the food out and the manager. It was a good 10 minutes before Bri even made her way to our table to get drinks. Once the food was brought out, we asked for some condiments. The man said he would be right back. Never saw him again. Asked Bri for some drink refills. That was another almost 10 minutes. We went there for a birthday with a party of 17 and had to sit on opposite sides of the restaurant from the rest of our party but was allowed to sit by other people. I understand nit sitting more than 10 at 1 table but to sit us on the other side of the restaurant was ridiculous. The food wasn't that good either.
