So we waited 45 minutes to an hour, our whole order was dropped on the floor. We waited another 45 minutes to an hour, got our food, it wasn’t right and my steak was rare and my sons burger was raw and cold! I wasn’t going to say anything but it really has been bothering me as I still paid 71.00 something for the meal that wasn’t worth eating and got thrown In the garbage.

Had a disappointing take-out experience last night. And the “resolution” adds insult to injury. The biggest problem is no one is bothering to make sure everything is included in an order before it gets turned over to a customer. Last time it was just the delicious butter that was missing.
