The food was good but I saw in employee in the bathroom take his apron off and drop it in the floor then picked it up and threw it on top of the urinal. I think he was a busboy, I hope so.
Horrible service, food poisoning, and had to leave my first born at college. If we had gone to this Texas Roadhouse for the first time, I would never visited this chain again.
When the staff (probably a newby) doesn't know the difference between country fried chicken and country fried sirloin, we have a problem! Not once but twice she tried to give me the country fried sirloin when a asked for country fried chicken. This was carryout so I had to wait not once but twice while they got it right. We had a party of 6. 2 ordered steaks, 1 a burger. All 3 were ordered medium, all were well done. Had to have new ones cooked. The manager did take our dinners off the bill.
I was the July 27th 2017, The food was good but the margarita is not! The margarita had three bugs in it that I seen, I might have drank a few more down before I notice those three! I was done after I seen that!
Awesome food and good prices! Always get great service when we eat there no matter how busy they are.
