We ordered online tonight. Our pick up time was 630 pm. Our food was not ready until 7 pm. We understand, you were busy and accepted a future coupon. On getting home and eating our son didn't seem too happy with the meal. His medium rare steak had been cooked to well done. He was super hungry so he ate it with steak killer and gave the rest to the dog. Now we're off to pick up something paletable for him elsewhere. Disappointing. Normally have great service here, this time however was the opposite! First the waitress spills a drink on my son then we continue to have horrible service. Watched the manager lean on the bar with the employees, while we waited 15 minutes for rolls. We asked another waitress for rolls, never got them had to go and ask ourselves! Food took forever , then when it got closer to the bill the waitress wanted to be friendly
