Had the worst food experience ever tonight. I placed an online order right around 8pm my pickup time was 8:30. I pulled up to the carry out spot in front of the store at around 8:25. I had a guy come out to ask the name on the order promptly and I waited over a half hour for my food to be brought out to me. My food was cold, the burger itself was horrible. 1 out of 4 steaks were overcooked rice & fries loaded with salt. advised waitress and she brought back 1 steak that was rare . no one stopped to ask how are food was. left disappointed

It wasn’t that great. My chicken tenders tasted like they were spicy not plain. My potato skins were hard and cold. The last time I ate there wasn’t very good. Mom likes it, and hers was good
My husband and I decided to have a date night last night. Texas Roadhouse is one of our favorite places to go. This particular restaurant is the closest one we live near so we come often. Last night was probably one of our worst visits by far. We were seated at a dirty and unsantized table. The last party’s dishes were still present, including their cups and used napkins.
