We called at 3:30 and placed a pick up order. When we arrived shortly after 4 our order wasn't ready. When I asked the people at the front desk what was going on, they were clueless. When the manager/ owner came out he was rude and continued to tell me to calm down. He could not explain to me why my food was not ready. My wife called corporate and told them what was happening. All my husband wanted was a beer, steak dinner and watch the Cavs game . They put us in a corner against the wall down low where we could barely see the TV. We asked to be moved . They said we could sit at the bar. There were empty tables set up right by the tv's we asked to sit there. The girls told us those tables were shut down because there were no servers.....when it's not busy that's what they do....really?? We are at Applebee's enjoying our steak and beer. And WATCHING THE CAVS IN CLEAR VIEW!!!!!
Waitress was really polite and the food was GREAT!! HATS OFF TO THE LINE COOKS!! I am really picky when it comes to my medium well steaks, these guys nailed it right on. Keep up the good work guys and gals!!
I eat here every Saturday. Best place ever. Never had problem and if you do they fix it.

Always been one of my favorite restaurant chain, but the Steubenville, OH location is by far the best! The drinks are perfect, the service is above and beyond satisfactory, the food is always on point! Never disappointed. Thank you to all the wonderful servers, managers, and kitchen staff for always making it an awesome visit!
I been here a few times and ever time I go, I always leave satisfied. The people are always so nice and welcoming. And there food is so delicious. If you haven't been here yet I would recommend it.
Went there on March 18th with my Mother and Stepdad. Our food was horrible. Undercooked and either cold. They forgot my moms salad and we had to ask for it. The only thing that was good was our drinks and it seemed like everyone was trying to rush us out. Probably wont be going back ever. Rather go to the Ville where i have had not ever a bad meal and better service and the employees have a better attitude. This is not how you run a bussiness and your not doing a good job at it right now.
When I was on my gran papa's knee he said Texas Road House is the place to be.
