Your management team needs to pull their heads out of their butts. Every time we go there we have a problem. The last 3 times we have been there, the service sucked. Maybe if your managers would step up and learn how to lead a business, the food would be cooked right the first time and not the 3rd time.

I had great service at the bar with a little humor and a lot of attention. Oh and the special cut 16 oz NY Strip that Ricky got me was awesome as well as the side of ribs. Went down well with a tall boy of Bud Light
Service was great as well as the meal, we went on Saturday for our Anniversary.

We have never had a mediocre steak, they are always excellent. Great dinner salad andvif course the onion blossom. Only complaint is the noise, hard to have a conversation.
Hostess Cassie remembered me from a 5 month previous visit and chatted with such genuine interest. You don't find that every day. All the servers and staff were top notch on the evening of 8-12-17. And the food was great too. �
Came in tonight for dinner and drinks. We decided to sit at the bar. There were 6 to 8 seats open. We ordered drinks and advised the bar tender we needed a few min to look over the menu. We both decided what we wanted (very quickly) and closed our menus up. After 35 min and finishing my 24 ounce beer, I was slightly irritated that not one of the 2 bartenders had even thought to take our food order. Waited longer than we were told , but once we were seated it was excellent. Megan was our server and she was excellent as well as the rest of the staff. The food was delicious
