Delicious food. Only one problem, the person who made my salad neglected to read no cheese or croutons due to severe cheese allergy and put them in anyway. I confirmed with my waiter that he noted that I had a cheese allergy which he did. Our waiter was excellent. Staff needs to be more cautious when informed of allergies

These guys lady’s did a great job Thanks all happy st Patrick day
Brought my husband here last night for his birthday. He ordered his steak medium and it came out so dry and well done. The waitress removed the steak but still charged us for his sides that weren’t touched and were sent back with the steak. He ended up eating a frozen pizza at home. Very disappointing

What I noticed most while being on vacation from Texas was that everywhere we went the wait staff was so much better. They listen, they are friendly, and they really want your dining experience to be great. This location is by far the best Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to. We were made to feel at home, we didn't feel rushed, the food was the best I've had from any location. Thank you for making my last stop in Ohio memorable for my family and I.

Went to dinner with my mother and it was nice... the place was packed but we called ahead and only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately we had a much longer wait for our dinner it was about 40 minutes from the time we sat down till our food arrived. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

Spent over $150 on dinner for my family to celebrate my sons 1st birthday & asked our waitress to sing happy birthday and allow my son to sit on the saddle. Waited around for nothing. What a disappointment.
