I feel the experience could have been way better if it wasn't freezing cold. Some in our party's food was not up to par. The sampler was little and not as pictured. Steaks were not cooked to proper temp. Fried pickles was toooo salty. Service was ok. It seems the waitress was overwhelmed at 5pm. The manager on duty was nice and understandable. Came to the restaurant with more than hour before closing. No bread offered. When I inquired about it I was told “we’re out for the evening”. That’s poor planning. Asked for my meal to come smothered with mushrooms and gravy; came out with no gravy. Everything about this visit was subpar. I could even deal with them being out of bread, had I been told about. Everything was great except it was very cold in the restaurant.
Waited 45 min for food. Cold when received. Under cooked rolls. Under cooked baked potato. Bad experience all around. 9/28/25 @ 130pm.
Worst service I had at Texas Roadhouse. Food was lukewarm.
