Diamond was the best server I’ve had here. Awesome food and service.
To start we waited an hour to be seated (which is normal on a busy day ) then order drinks, app and food all at the same time 8 pm. 8:15 one app came out no drinks we asked for bread. 8:20 drinks came out, no bread asked for bread again was told they were making some but there was a wait. 8:35 no food or bread one of the guest in our group went up front and there was bread in the shoot so they gave it to us. 8:45 waiter brings us bread, no update on our food ( notice that we already had bread ) 8:55 we see a manager name “gh... read more
We had 4 Orders, 3 steak were suppose to be medium, 1 was suppose to be medium rare. All of them were well done. We Couldn’t eat it, they were so dry and tasteless. All was so overcooked. Waitress never refilled our water glasses once. kept saying she would send over manager because the food was cooked incorrectly. Took 30mins before someone came over. Food and service is normally good, but if you go when it's busy they failed to take names with party size so you never know if the party of 2 means you. And so you can jump the line of 5 groups or be stuck waiting forever due to the dumb greeting staff.
