So happy with my meal there today. My steak was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered a meal and it ended up not being what he thought. The manager came over and offered him another meal instead. The took the price off the first one and only charged us for the second one.
This loxation is getting to be horrible. They need to get a betrer cook. Last week they cooked 3 steaks and still didn't get et mu husbands steak right. Tonight we b oth ordered the same steak only mine was half the a ize of his. I'm really getting fed up with the inconsistency here.
Food not so good. Service was awful. Won't go back to Texas Roadhouse when traveling.
Good food crap service. The call ahead seating serves no purpose. Take that sign down texas roadhouse your hostess is clueless.
Texas Roadhouse is my fave restaurant so I've eaten at many locations across the U.S (at least 8 I can think of off the top of my head). Savannah ranks as my #2 favorite, second only to the South Austin, TX location. Every time we go out to eat in Savannah, it's TR! Customer service is ALWAYS excellent. I can only recall one time the food wasn't as good as usual...but everyone has a bad day from time to time.

Not very good quality went down steak was real fatty poor quality meat not like it use to be ribs were over cooked chicken was not cooked all the way salads were wilted will not be back At this location hopefully not all turned out this way
I Love there sweet potatoes with the Carmel sauce and marshmallows! Make everything great
