We went on my birthday with another couple who had a birthday and our experience was awful. It took about 30 minutes for my husband to get his beer and he had to ask the third time before he got it. We ordered Dallas Filets and got Sirlons. After we ask for manager, she got us some Dallas Filets, but none of them were cooked right. Mine was well done and I had ordered medium. We came here for dinner tonight and was not disappointed in the service. Our waitress, named Ciara, went above and beyond to make our evening great. It was my mom and grandma's first time (my 4th) trying Texas Roadhouse, so Ciara brought out a sampling of all the sides so they could choose a side dish they liked. Our glasses were also never empty. She was such a great waitress and left such a great impression! Great job!

Loved it! Just waiting for my free appetizer I signed up to be sent by email so I can go back again
No rolls were brought to our table. Later our waitress came by and as I opened my mouth to speak, she asked if we wanted more bread. I told her we had never gotten any in the first place. She was going to get them, but I told her we didn't need any then because we were almost done with our meal and I needed a go-box.
This was my first time here food was good waitstaff could have been a little better didn't know if we were supposed to have peanut on table if so wasn't any i would go back
Food was okay, we've had better at other Texas Roadhouse establishments. Waitress was HORRIBLE. Our appetizers sat waiting so long that they were reheated in a microwave before being delivered. Two side orders were wrong and we had to ask for refills and proper utensils.
