Since when does Texas Roadhouse allow customers to walk in the back rooms and threaten their employees? Then instead of calling the police, give the customer a free meal for 2?? hmmmmm 🤔
Great food. Great customer service.
Ordered a filet medium, came out REALLY rare, sent back...came back 10 mins later rare, ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, got loaded mashed potatoes instead. Server said he would correct it..never did. Ordered unsweet tea then server came back and refilled with sweet tea..REALLY sweet tea.. potato skins were basically a baked potato, quartered with bacon and barley melted cheese...bread was good.

Although they were very busy, we were served quickly and friendly!
I so recommend this restaurant, it is always so good. we have never gotten anything bad. we use the to go option every weekend. it is always really good.
