Today's visit was not up to par by far compared to previous visits. We called ahead for reserved seating. We arrived around 7:20 p.m. it took 20 minutes to get our drinks after we placed our order. We sat patiently waiting. Our waitress approach the table around 8:45 p.m. to inform us that our order had been given away to another customer. She apologized and stated that she had resubmitted our order to be expedited and should be out in about 10 minutes.
