Usually the food is fantastic. But CLEARLY it’s one of the most popular busy restaurants in Asheville. With that being said GET LARGER PARKING. This is an issues every time I go. My table was ready for 25 min and I still couldn’t find parking. So we left. Find a building with more parking. This is such a hassle I’d rather not come.

just wrong 5 ppl.. 1.5 hour wait to get in..... we ordered 3 steaks and 2 other entrees. all 3 original temps were way over done. 1 was recooked and still wrong and the other 2 were recooked twice and one of those two was still overcooked. my rare came out medium and then the recook came out barely cooked and cold... COLD not 'not warm' BUT COLD. my bf's steak of medium came out medwell to well on both recooks. then they had the gall to think we should pay for the steaks after .. what ...-5 RECOOKS? after the original cookin... read more

Customer service definitely needs some help. I hate to complain at a time like this, but this is the second time (and the first time we were given a gift card and that’s the only reason why I ordered again). I was on hold for 17 minutes and transferred 3 times to “to-go”. I would’ve gladly ordered online but there was no where to pay with a gift card. It would’ve just been a more bearable experience with a bit of kindness.

Well let’s see, I placed a to go order & got to the restaurant about 25 minutes later because I was told it would be 25 minutes until the food was done. I sat in the parking lot for a whole HOUR waiting on my order and had to mention that I was even waiting for my food to a worker who was just sitting outside flirting with a male worker.
