worst to go pick up I have ever seen. Order online and it tells you around the time it will be ready. It never is. it's usually at least a half hour past the time it says it will be ready. Happens every time I order to go. I honestly don't know why I still order from here. food isn't nearly as good as it used to be either

Texas Roadhouse has been my favorite steak restaurant for a while and we always go to the St. Charles location. I’m so tired of sending my baked potato back as its not fresh and barely warm. I had to send it back today and my steak was over-cooked with no flavor. I didn’t want to wait for them to cook another as My SO is finished by the time I get my meal. I’m done with spending $40 and not enjoying my meal! Then our server was not friendly or very polite, she was worried about who was calling her cell ph!

The food was horrible the manager wasn’t very friendly and the hostess sit two groups before us and we were there first. Will not be back will got to bubbas 33
