Started out nice for an early dinner, but the waitress was overwhelmed with customers and could not keep up. We were "handed off" to another waitress but the joy wad gone along with any friendly hospitality that we enjoy from a local restaurant. We actually discussed it on the way home and determined that sometimes if the food is fair and the wait staff is good then the whole meal can be enjoyable. We recently ate at this Roadhouse for a fine steak dinner with drinks, and it was exceptional ! Our waitress Morgan was excellent. We will request her on our upcoming celebration there !
Great food. Service by Reggie excellent. Next visit we will remember to "call ahead" for seating.
Food is great but over the last year or so the service has gone down hill fast. Always end up running out of drink, steak was not cooked to order but was still able to eat it. Didn't feel the need to complain because I didn't see where it would do any good. I will say this past weekend was by far the worst service I ever got.
