The staff and food at the Wake Forest Texas Roadhouse is top notch. I have eaten here several times, ordered different meals, at all times of the day. Never a bad experience.
Our night out at the steak house was not the best. Our sevrt got our food and never seen her until she left the bill. She know we had a birthday guest with is. So we waited she fondly picked up the money. And we waited must to make sure. So I think 3 star is the best I would rated it.
Excellent guest services, food was delicious and not much of wait time..
Food is very good, service usually very good. No complaints here. And the meals are at reasonable prices.
We order from here or dine here about once a week and are usually very satisfied with our food and our service but tonight we had to wait 45 minutes after our pick up time for our take-out order which was cold of course. When my wife asked to speak to a manager to complain, all we got was a sorry! Well, we are sorry but we are very dissatisfied and will be taking our loyal business elsewhere from now on!
