Took my youngest daughter out for her 5th Birthday and was so disappointed! I have never been to this location and had a bad meal till last night. Had to keep asking for refills on our drinks, sat at one time for 20 minutes without anything to drink, my steak had to be cooked 3 times! Asked for medium rare aNd it came out twice looking like burnt shoe leather, and absolute worst service I have got in a long long time.
