With social distancing there is less patrons. The service was not the best. A lot of staff but still not great service. Busy but food was cold. Not my best experience. It was my birthday dinner. My family called to tell them it was my birthday and wanted them to sing the birthday song and dance. It did not happen. A small bowl of ice cream was sent to the table and given to my small grandson. After that fail we were not even offered to order dessert. We paid and left. Would I go back? the wait was so short before we could park our table was ready the food is all ways great
wait was 3x longer than they said. wait for food was also really long. food was good.
they have a lot of kinks to work out with there reopening. my son ordered chicken fried sirloin and got chicken. when they brought the right food they had already brought to go boxes for our food. my husband had only had 2 bites and l had not even eaten much of my food yet. The glasses were gritty on the outside. Prime rib was actually tough and the young man. manager I quess was rude. By the way when they finally brought my sons food to him the gravy and potato was wrong. it will be a while before we go back
everything is delicous but the steaks are to die for..and def try the Jamicain Cowboy margaritas
Food was very good and all the Roadhouse employees were truly outstanding.
