$20 for some ribs then then brought them out and was cold ass hell. Then the waiter gonna say they are gonna warm them up not for $20 dollars I need some new ones they came out just warm. They will not be getting anymore of my money
I was took there by my friend Friday 1/30/15 no celebration just to eat, great company, great drinks, great food. ..expensive. ...but I wouldn't want to pay. ...even the other customers talk with you I had a ball ....and made one more .stop. then the Lord bless us to make It home safely. ..Thank You Jesus
I would eat at this Texas rd house everyday if I could everybody from waitress to cooks to the bus boys always has a smile on their faces great job to all of them!the food and service is always on point
Found pieces of the cooks rubber gloves in my drink tonight told two managers one just apologized one said awesome and walked away neither offer to get me a new drink or every retuned to the table .. -5 star review will never eat here again!

These guys are amazing! The food is awesome, the employees and management go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy!
Worst cooked steaks .ordered 2 porter house steaks,1 fillet,1kids meal. Ordered medium,steaks took 30 minutes to get& they were well done. Will never eat there again.what a waste of money

I'm not very pleased with Texas Roadhouse - Burlington NC...I visited there when the real chiefs were training the soon to be chiefs...And the food was totally awesome! But the sad news is ...Me and my husband have never received another steak my this steak house without sending it back to the kitchen. Usually dark brown and tough when we ordered Medium rare.I'm done with this place and don't understand how a steak house can't get their steaks right!
