Probably the best restaurant in Jackson! Love coming here.. always a wait and a lot of people so I enjoy coming on those days when it’s been a rough week and need the energy of a lot of people to re-charge( which don’t happen often) if your looking for fine dinning with quite atmosphere with no wait.. not your choice. But if your looking for friendly fun staff in a busy outgoing atmosphere with great food..come join the fun😀 I will be back!
Horrible, cold food, over cooked food. Brenda our waitress was awful. She was not around asked twice for boxes finally got them 25 minutes later after I requested the manager. The food I was going to let go things happen no big deal but being totally ignored by her was the breaking point.

Waitress was inattentive never asked us for refills on our drinks, or if we needed anything period. Worst service I have ever had at Roadhouse

friendly attentive service from selecting our preferred table to telling us how to get a free appetizer to checking on our satisfaction with the food immediately after it was served, to keeping our drinks full to giving us extra sauces and honey butter for the rolls to brewing a fresh pot of coffee because she knew I was a coffee snob to to go cups to take a large coffee on the road.
