My boyfriend ordered a ribeye medium rare. Comes back med-well done. Waitress ordered new one medium rare comes back raw-not rare but raw. Decided to keep it, eat around the edges & bring it home. I ordered the salmon-which was less than average. One good note: the broccoli was amazing. Our waitress was wonderful and we tipped her well. Not her fault they can’t cooks proper steak. A steakhouse that doesn’t know how to prepare a medium rare steak? Disappointing at best.

First we were given a dirty table which the lady just brushed off onto our laps. Food was very slow to come out and was mediocre at best. Use to like this place but every time quality goes down. Will be my last time here.
Worst service ever today!! Took an hour to get our food, ordered steak medium got it well, sent it back for another came back even more well done! We had to ask for refills on our drinks and it took forever to get them. My son asked for ranch dressing 2 times and NEVER got it. Our Waitress was so slow with everything and it wasn't because they were busy, many empty seats. So disappointed. I guess I will have to go across the street to Texas Roadhouse if I want a steak cooked right!

We decided to go out there to eat for Easter because the kids got to eat free the waitress and stuff was so bad it took forever to get drinks my husband only had one never came back with another my grandson's grilled cheese was burnt the service was so bad and they took forever to get us things that we needed. So the only thing that I could say Easter Sunday going out to eat with one of the worst Easter Sunday's that I had. Cuz the service was so so bad

Slow service. All our food came cold. And my shrimp was overcooked. Rubbery!

Took 15 minutes just to get silverware. The food took forever, which would be understood if it was cooked properly. My burger looked fine from the outside, but half of it was indeed a charcoal briquet. Asked the waitress for another patty as the rest of the burger was good. Manager comes back with a whole new budger that also looked fine. Lift the burger up and blood squirts out of it. Tore the edge and found that it appeared to be still breathing. The waiter was great the food in the other hand was very poor the shrimp was rubbery ..� looked over cooked the bake potatoes were old it seemed.. was very disappointed !

Love the $8.99 entrees. The 6 oz sirloin with caesar salad and mashed potatoes is my favorite.
