I called in an order and was told it would be twenty minutes. After twenty minutes, I arrived at the restaurant and proceeded to wait an additional twenty minutes. The guy who did help me was very rude and lacked any conviction to apologize for the situation. He did so by looking down and walking away as quickly as possible after I signed the receipt. I have had many To Go experiences at other Logan's, this one just seemed not to care.

Bread rolls great, potato skins great, chicken tenders ok, but the main problem is the roasted chicken on the you pick two, no where does it say slathered, drizzled, topped with BBQ sauce, it says served with four different kinds. So my hubby's Roasted chicken was topped with this moonshine sauce, gross. Roasted means roasted. BBQ means BBQ.

Horrible service this is the third or fourth time now we tried giving you a chance but this place is a flat out dump the servers can't even get a water right let alone my six year old kids food out because somehow it mysteriously disappeared off our ticket... I would strongly advise going somewhere else like I said this isn't the first time.
