RecommendedSat at barservice was great
I placed an online order at 2pm for 4pm pickup. They were quick to charge my card, and text me thank you for order. Finally at 4:45 my order was ready and it was cold. First and last time we get anything from this Texas Roadhouse. Very disappointing!

RecommendedJORDAN was our server. professional, polite, neat,clean, thoughtful and patient. Food was great but the service was better than I've had anywhere lately. keep up the great job Jordan and thank you so much!
Ordered a filet medium, came out REALLY rare, sent back...came back 10 mins later rare, ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, got loaded mashed potatoes instead. Server said he would correct it..never did. Ordered unsweet tea then server came back and refilled with sweet tea..REALLY sweet tea.. potato skins were basically a baked potato, quartered with bacon and barley melted cheese...bread was good.

RecommendedI went recently and everything from the atmosphere to the food was great, our waitress Sav was very attentive with service and answering all questions about our order, I don't usually comment at all about the waitress due to not receiving proper service but she was so dedicated to her job, made the experience that much better, the ribeye was cooked exactly how I wanted it as was the rest of the food, I'd definitely recommend my friends and family to dine there 🍽
