Service needs to step up a little husband t-hone steak came out almost raw and cold he state he wanted well done had send back I was done eating and he had to wait I'll take longhorn anytime

Walked in expected be able to pick my steak from the case... not one steak out of the three rows looked appetizing. They had a brownish shade to them which turned me off. I then asked them to cut me a new steak they did and then they undercooked medium. When I say undercooked the inside was still black and blue. The manager made right on the mistake and took the appetizer off the bill. Atmosphere was lame didn't really get the feel like I did at other locations. I will not be taking my business back to this location.

We had great waitress Jane. She did a great job for her first night working there. Normally, we leave a 20% but she earned the extra because of bubbly personality.
Asked for the ribeye combo with ribs. Medium rare. Got medium well. Spoke to manager and she not only comped my meal (I paid for the ribs only) but she had a ribeye made for me to take home. I will be back hoping to give a 5 star next time.
i went for a quick bite to eat, sat at the bar. had to keep flaging down the bartenders. appetizers came out and no silverware or plates was given to us to eat with. I ordered desserts to go, when i got home to eat the desserts to my surprize the Apple pie was frozen as a brick, and brownie was steal hard as a rock. I called the restaurant and they offer to send me coupon for my troubles.
