Went to Texas Roadhouse Va beach 3 times in a row steak over cooked you pick your own steak out last time everything sucked steak over cooked salad dressing ranch tasted like it came out of a bottle The lettuce was all the heels hard to eat that’s the bottom of the head of lettuce when I left with my wife I was looking at the steaks in the case still had my ticket I got when I picked out my steak it was still in the case I told my wife the steak I brought was not the same one I picked out never go back again

The bathroom was disgusting to say the least!! Our waitress was very slow. The ceiling fixtures, had thick dust on them and the pictures on the wall at our table had smudges of food and finger prints. Our food wasn’t bad... but this restaurant needs a good cleaning all over!!

My waitress was the only positive thing about the visit. My chicken came to the table undercooked and pink. Lexi was able to correct it by placing a new order in. By the time it came to the table the person I was with had finished their food which was upsetting in itself as we had been there now for almost 2 hours at this point. I had request to speak with the manager Steward (Stu), after explaining the situation his response was “ok what do you want me to do” nonchalantly. excellent service (Marta) and great food. I had the fillet medallions with portobello mushroom sauce and the steak was cooked perfectly. The rice that came with it was a little salty for my taste. The broccoli was steamed to perfection. The only downside was they were out of prime rib on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. .
Always good steaks and cooked right every time I’ve went there. Awesome Staff!!
