Great service wonderful food only thing that's not that great is the cheese on the fries

Service was not good for our large party or accommodating. The manger wanted to split my party up when we call ahead. We came here to eat as a family to celebrate a loved ones birthday. If you didn't have to the room just be honest up front. We had multiple servers but the only good one was Carlie. She was kind and always smiled. My family and I will not choose this location for a birthday celebration again.
This place is a damn joke! Never go! Drinks empty for 30 min. No soda, no draft beer, ok reasonably I can under stand that not there fault. Savana when she dropped our food off was slightly rude. Waited so long I wasn't hungry anymore. Pitiful

I used to love Texas Roadhouse on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake. But in a little over 3 years, they are now on their 3rd manager and I have no idea how many different cooks. But, in the last 3 years, 4 times, they have brought me the top sirloin when I've ordered the rib eye. Today, the manager ASSURED me the steak was a ribeye. It ABSOLUTELY was not!
