They could clean, the place was totally trashed and disgusting. I can't even explain the horrible experience we had yesterday night. Tubs of dirty dishes on the floor, along with dirty cloth napkins, trash, food and broken glass I watched someone attempt to clean but not very well. I took pictures and will be sending to corporate.

Went to Roadhouse on my birthday (Nov 2) to have my favorite meal, Prime Rib. Wait time was good even with it being busy. Ordered my favorite beer Angry Orchard but at 6:00 they were out. Ordered my Prime Rib but again at 6:00 they were out. Almost left but ordered a different steak instead. Got the check only to find out I was charged for a Angry Orchard that I didn’t get. Great way to spend my 40th. If you are looking for AO or Prime Rib, don’t go here on a Friday after 5:00.

I’m not a regular Texas Roadhouse customer, but the food is AMAZING! Unfortunately I had an uncomfortable experience with my server Dana. I never felt welcome from the moment she coldly “greeted” our table. Throughout the meal I felt like she was rushing us to leave in order to free up her table. We were only there for perhaps an hour. A few minutes more as I write this review. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day, but I’m not inclined to eat here at Sam’s Circle again. Perhaps you don’t want me to
