Went to Texas Roadhouse last night and had great food and our server, Justin was awesome! Had the 6 oz. Filet and it was delicious! Justin kept checking to make sure everything was okay and to see if anything else was needed. Great job Justin!
There isn't 1 beer available that is from the state of Texas! Hmm...
Worst service. 30 min wait and there were only 6 tables with people in them. 75% of the restaurant was empty. Server took 15 min to come and take our drink order and that wasn't even our server. Finally after 20 min we met our server who took our appetizer order which took 15 min to get out to us. Our lunch was then 25 min after that. Saw our server a total of 3 times in a hour and a half. Never will come back. Never saw a manager either to tell them about it.
My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here last night and it was great. Our server, Jamie, was absolutely incredible. She took great care of us and we didn't have the feeling that she was always hovering. The steak and ribs were as good as always. Can't wait to get back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.
