Great place to take the family for dinner. Everyone is so happy and the food is awesome. My wife, me and my son had dinner, an enjoyable time. My son loved to watch all of the employees line dance.

A good recommendation for dinner. We always seem to get good service and good food when we go there. Other people have complained but we don't seem to have any problems when we go. Ok for us...I guess not for some.

I'm not one to complain, especially since I work at a restaurant but the service I got today wasn't acceptable. I ordered the southern fried chicken for dinner and what I got was beef. That wasn't the problem, they fixed my food but I told the waitress that I don't eat certain kinda of meat especially beef and she ignored my comment. Normally when something like this happens they would discount the food or take the meal off completely and I didn't even end up eating any of my meal. Horrible customer service The hostess was rude Asked for a table for 10 was told that they can't do that we have to be split We have done this before When I finally told her it was ok to split us but have us side by side she acted like it was a bother Then it took forever Never again

Management at Texas Roadhouse in Avon needs to stop slandering ex-employees! There is a group willing to file suit against management for slander and unwilling to serve to family/exemployee suit!

Besides the meat being perfectly cooked the way you ask ,the sides are delicious.The service as soon as you walk in the door and are seated makes you feel very comfortable.The servers are polite and informative..

1/15/14 Royersford, PA A friend of mine took me out for my 50th birthday. The both of us have been going out together for steak dinners for more than 10 years! And we always loved texas roadhouse. Texas Roadhouse was the only place I would seek out for a good steak. I only ate at Texas Roadhouse! As far as steakhouses go! Because I always got my steak the way I wanted it. I've eaten here twice and loved the food, service, and atmosphere both times. What I didn't like was being ripped off. As I used to cut meat for a couple of diffrent grocery chains, I happen to know a little about meat pricing. The first time I ate here I ordered a 20 oz ribeye ( upsized 4 oz ) and the price went from $25 to $30 ( which I thought was Fair). My husband surprised me the other day for a late lunch...we drove from Sacramento to the Steak house.
