Our waitress, Kali never came and checked on us, we wanted more drinks, didn’t like the dressing on our salad, wanted a new one, had to find Kali, for 10 mins, got attitude, terrible service. Too bad.... my first time at Texas Road House. . all Fry's Food fried in the same oil. My fries tasted like fish. I've been there at least six times and every single time I order screwed up or poor-quality. I've been to other Texas Roadhouse's and their wonderful this one is a disappointment

Good meal tonight with a nice server, however we told our server more than twice that it was our daughter's birthday and nothing special was done for her...in the meantime she heard two other tables wishing someone happy birthday. Very disappointed.
After being asked to leave A different establishment because of my service dog ( I forgot his ADA badge ) to walk into this place and nobody blink an eye was awesome. The waitress , the food and the well needed 🍹 drink where all awesome 👍🌞
It was Awesome the service and the food may go back again tonight ❤️
