I just placed my order with Bob Evans because you put me on hold and forgot about me for 10 minutes!
Ordered a $20.00 prime rib. When it came it was more on the cold side than warm. Waitress did a fine job
Food and service was good the only issue I had was the bugs flying all over us and food so don't really know if that was a steak I ate or a lot of bugs mashed together
Just wasted $44 on dinner. Bad service and everything came out wrong. Won't waste my time or money again.
Service was terrible ran out of ribs so we got the worst part of the ribs took forever to get rolls, did not fix the problem because they were out of ribs the ribs that I got were not good and the ribs that my dad got were not even a serving size of ribs, the food that he got were pretty much fatty and when they where going to get him more ribs the manager then said oh wait we are out of ribs, everyone had coupons for the ribs and went there for ribs and they are out of ribs, my mom wanted a bowl of creamy loaded potato soup... read more
Ordered shrimp skewers with steamed broccoli- suppose to come with 2 skewers, only received one, no rice, and it was a stalk of broccoli. Very disappointing.
If that server is still there then I will never visit this location again...terrible!
Very disappointing visit. It took 40 minutes to get our lunch. When the meals did finally come my wife's steak was med rare instead of med well. After another 10 min the bring back the steak and it was only medium. We ask for a box because we couldn't wait anymore. No manager visit and still charged us for the steak. Server even made sure to not give us a survey.
Awesome everytime best cold draft beer,best food, and excellent service
