The food was ok and the service was ok. It was a really long wait to get a table. I've had better food and service. Didn't get refills on our pop either.

Up until about 4 months ago I would give Texas road house in Terre Haute Indiana a 4 star rating, my last 4 visits the food has been downright embarrassing.. (rib eye steaks). Undercooked, overcooked, flavorless or near flavorless. Management has acknowledged complaints on the quality of some cuts of steak.. Management has tried on a few occasions to remedy our complaints and recook the food. Favorite restaurant EVER! LOVE IT! but I want the baby blossom back!
The Roadhouse was packed tonight, especially the carry-ouy desk. They only had one service person who was very busy with a previous order. It took over ten minutes before another staff member decided to cone over and help. Then, after all of that wait, I was missing a baked potato. When I called to complain, I was on hold for aong time, and finally just hung up because no one came back on the line. Why do call ahead when you get there & still have to wait forever ! This is ridiculous unorganized clusterfu@# ! They need to have a separate exit door , it's such a traffic jam at the entrance, people can't even get out ! Definitely think twice before coming back !
