The service at the new building is terrible , never had bad service at the old place , hopefully this changes
Good enough for my wife and I. No dishes for her to wash,floor to clean, they even clean the table off after we were done. Can't wait till my next Friday off work to hit the lunch special.
They get your service done right. They make sure your food and drinks are to your satisfaction. They restaurant is clean and maintain right.
I am an Activities Director at a nearby nursing home. This is the 3rd year in a row I have brought my veteran residents to enjoy a free meal on Veterans Day. From the moment we pull on the parking lot, the staff is SO accommodating! They have a table ready for us, they allow us to come to the front of the line and get settled right before they open. Best rare steak I have had in a long time. Check-in with the hostess could be improved. Call ahead people were telling us we needed a different line to check in if we had not called ahead. No such line to be found. Cheese fries were over cooked, but staff were friendly. Waitress Megan provided excellent service.
After spending 20 years in the 82nd Airborne division and retiring, my family took me out for dinner. Our wait was short due to calling ahead, but our waiter was terrible. We asked for a high chair and eventually asked another waiter for one, we asked for more straws and were told "I put eight on your table". He couldn't remember who ordered what, and other waiter said "well he is working a double". Food was good but he missed out on a great tip. May or may not come back again.
