I had the fall off the bone ribs. Mmmmmmmmm. Tasty. Waitress, maybe she was having a bad day. Forgot my butter, reminded her, she came back with the check an disappeared. I had to ask another waitress for a box for leftovers. Came back when we got to leave to get my card to pay. Never got my butter.
Not a fan of the new chicken tender breading. Please bring back the original.
Went in with $250 in gift cards for a bill of $195. Servers “lost” one of the gift cards. Brought back a different style card than they were given and claimed there wasn’t enough money on it. When confronted with the receipt for the gift cards proving that wasn’t one of the cards we gave them, they took that receipt to fix the situation. They then conveniently lost that receipt.
