Hostess was rude and made a problem with seating a party of 7. Left the establishment to celebrate husband's birthday at another place that was welcoming. We have frequented this restaurant for years with good service until today with 1 worker who has changed our minds on giving our business to this place. This use to be my husband's favorite place to eat until today.
why have call ahead if your staff does not honor it?
Everything is always great when me and my son come here. Yesterday was his 9th birthday and Sam made it ever so special when she got the whole staff to come over to give him a huge YEEEEEEHAAAAA!!!!!
Love their food! The shrimp over a bed of rice is my favorite.
The only down fault was when you have a large party, the hostess and or host does not know how to seat the people. It should be told that if you have a party over 8 your wait time will be 2 to 3 hours or longer. They should ask if they could split it up. Just my suggestions because if you don’t have space for 12 or more people you should suggest this. I’m just saying. This is my thought. The food was good but the service prior to eating was horrible.
Order was wrong multiple times they replaced the order with the same steak was ordered medium and was well done that after a while I just decided to pay and leave terrible experience had a great one before but I will not be returning back to this location ultimately a very disappointing father’s day experience.
