Worst service I have ever recieved. I waited tables for 6 years and a server with 2 tables should not give that bad of service for any reason. Then the manager checked on us and we asked for the drink we already asked the server for twice and he didn't even bring it. We finally went up to the server station and asked another server. Food came out wrong. Over all bad. Won't go back.
It was my husbands birthday and we had a great experience. The waitress was awesome and the food tasted terrific.

we eat at Texas Roadhouse all the time back home in upstate SC..our trip to Serieville Roadhouse was not up to par...the service was great and friendly..the salad was great as usual....the potato was great as usual...... BUT... the steak was not up to your standards...I ask for our steaks to be cooked medium well leaning on the well side... the steaks came (using your chart as a guide which was posted near our table) closer to rare.....the business was not overly busy so I don't think this was the problem....we will continue... read more
Any time we get a chance to eat at Texas Roadhouse we do. The food is always great and the servers really do love their jobs.
