We paid $70.25 total for this order. The 4 mini cheeseburgers and garlic bread were burnt and the cheese was rubbery. We were missing a drink. We were charged for the loaded baked potatoes but did not get the toppings. The kids meals had literally 6 fries in each box. Both sirloins were very dry and chewy. Also we ordered both to be medium well but one had almost all pink on the inside. Very disappointing for the amount of money we paid.

We chose Texas Roadhouse to have dinner on my husbands birthday. The wait time we were told was 20-30 minutes. After 30 mins. I went in ask how much longer was told 10 more mins. After 10 mins. Passed asked again was told 10 more minutes. It was close to an hour. After we were seated I noticed there were not many ppl inside, which left a lot of empty tables. Unfortunately had a bad experience at this location in Sevierville, TN. Ordered for curbside pickup. The server that came out was very nice. Got back to condo and they forgot to put the rolls in bag. Salad was good. Beef tips were good. Ribeye was 90% fat, and the other 10% was rare, when I ordered medium well. Couldnt eat any of it! Very disappointing, as I normally enjoy any Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
