We went to texas roadhouse friday 6/13. To make a long story short, I got the bbq plate with a baked potato, in the bbq I found rice, corn and some unidentified fried something. Not to complain but they asked so I showed the manager person the neat little pile of unwanted items and was told "oh the corn is prepared next to the bbq...the rice must have fallen off of another plate....thats just chicken" there was no apology, no offer to bring something else, no offer to comp the meal which I couldn't eat. Always great until tonight my husbands food was delivered to the table with a bug crawling on the fries the manager came and apologized said dinner was on her but we still wound up paying for the meals it took a hour after the appetizers were served for us to get our food which was Luke warm. I was embarrassed because we were treating my parents out for there 27th anniversary and it was there first time there. Always had great service until tonight. This was an experience I would recommend to everyone.... Great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic hospitality....The waitress Stacy was awesome !!!!! First time to the place, but definitely not the last.... :-)
Was there a few weeks ago, got seated and they took are order, 90 mins later we were still waiting. We watched as other people around us were getting there food. The waiter came and told us they lost are order, we told him we were going to leave when a manger came over, her said she was sorry like it was no big deal and watched us leave. Won't be back with service like that.

Heard great things about the restaurant however was not impressed. Server was very unfriendly, drinks took 15 minutes to come out, food came out cold and the server tried to blame it on us! Manager was fantastic and caring. Her personality is what allowed me to give at least two stars. Very disappointing, to say the least.
The food is perfect and so good. But to this day...I can't understand the yelling, shouting and dancing of the servers. We had to literally yell above the noise to have our server hear our order and she had to lean down and yell in our ears as well. She kept apologizing for the level of noise. Please Mgmt, look at the faces of your guests when this is occurring. It is not pleasant. And the staff looks embarrassed as they line dance in the isle. I feel bad for them. I'll be back for the food although it will be take-out.
