Placed an order online and paid ahead of picking up. Arrived and pulled into a pick up spot. Called the number on my email confirmation and was told they would be right out with my order. I ordered a family pack beef tips online. My phone notified me they took the money , the online ordering told me it would be ready by 1220 we arrived at 1215! The young lady came out they could not find our order showed her where they took my money out. Another lady came back out told me we had to pay again and re order, while seeing you all already taken my money out my account.
