Told wait was going to be 45 mins. We waited 1 hr and 1/2. They seated a table for 11 and 2 tables for 6 who came in after us. What makes it more sad is the we got a drink from the bar when we first got here and after an hr she came passed us and said your still waiting, well 2 more people are paying and we will have a whole side of the bar open.
Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight and our waitress was less than customer service attitude. We asked for extra napkins she handed me two and said that's all she could give us. On top of that there was a hair on my husband's side dish of corn I had to look at the whole meal made me sick I couldn't even eat. We weren't even asked to pick out a steak. Less than I expected from them them my pork chops were not not cooked done it was still pink.........

Thank You Texas Roadhouse for honoring our vets. We had an awesome meal with excellent service and it was extremely busy! Can't complain about one thing. Our server Ryan was the bomb!
Went in tonight and had Evan as a server! He was definitely the best server we've had there in a long time. We didn't have to ask for anything it was there before we could even think about asking. It really made for an enjoyable night out.
Went there for lunch today asked to be seated in booth around bar area to be able to see tv's. We were told only bar was open, no servers avavailable for booths. However 3 booths in bar area were occupied. What kind of service is that??

Dirty table...plate...someone else's receipt on the table...and a waitress with no personality or hospitality at all. Never coming back.
