Me and my husband went there a couple of times and enjoyed the food the place is always crowded but that's how you can tell there's good food will return he had the ribs and I had the chicken and it was great

I eat there many times a month and the food and service is ALWAYS great.
As always service was great and the meals were prepared as called for. We've eaten there since the day it opened and never had a bad experience.
Overall decent experience. Service was mediocre, not great. I had to ask for things several times before getting them, we wanted to place an order for an appetizer, but it took her a long time to come back to our table after trying to get her attention several times. Where we sat was freezing cold, I was shivering the entire time despite wearing a heavy sweater. The cut of steak I had was burnt on the outer edges and their was so much fat I kept having to pull pieces out of my mouth because I couldn't chew the fat. I only ate half the steak before I got sick of having to pull pieces out and left...
Best Prime Rib in Tennessee! Always great service & wonderful atmosphere!~
