Waited 10 min on Waitress. Came we gave her food an drink order. No rolls. Brought drinks still no rolls. Then my salad an super dark rolls. Thought they were whole wheat. Food came 35 min later. No how's your steak cut? Or refills. Ate got done She came 50 min later with check. Paid an left her a tip. Had her wait on us to pay an go. 2:49-4:15. Good thing we were Not on our lunch break. 1st bad experience we've ever had. 28.00$ + 10$ tip.
RecommendedAs always, when I am in Kingsport I stopped here to eat with my 5 year old son. We both had a blast and shared many laughs. The staff was super friendly and laughed with us. The food was amazing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and eat.
Arrived at 5:00 was told 20 minutes table for 2. There was a dirty table in the bar area the entire time we stood there. After 30 minutes I checked to see how long they said 25 to 30. If they would have cleaned the bar table and several other dirty tables people could sit. Needless to say we left to go else where. 11-2-2019 left at 550.
service was awesome. picked our steak, taken directly to handicapped accessible table that was correct height lits if room.
Ribeye steak was amazing , cooked just right ! To much good but that made for another meal the next day . The little waitress was so sweet and did a very good job ! I wish I could remember her name because did a great job ! Enjoyed it very much !
