We ordered the Manager’s Special for dinner tonight because we’ve missed Roadhouse so much. And while it wasn’t the same because of the atmosphere, the food was just as amazing as in house. The salad was fresh, the rolls were delicious, and the steak continues to be be top notch. All of this and the staff continues to be among the best, always with a smile and amazing customer service. Out of every company I have worked for, this one by far exceeds the rest. They really care about the people that work for them.. from the Managing Partner to the CEO it really shows. We ordered the new family meals, wonderful food and an excellent price! 4 burgers salad and side plus rolls for 19.99! Can't beat it!
I had a pretty terrible experience. Called 6 hours before picking up my order. Was told to come 10 minutes early. We arrived 10 minutes early, they asked for our name and they had us pay our order. Next, the placed a number on our car and had to wait over 30 minutes. So with arriving 10 minutes early(since they told us to) and sitting for 30 minutes.
