The food was tops! Service was great. The kids said their manager tells them not to dance unless requested, same rules in Fairview heights Illinois. That has always been a favorite for our friends and family. I thought it was tradition for them to dance every hour. Owner didn't still to his word
It was good. I haven't been for a long time. My daughter turned 13 so I decided that would be a great place to go and sing happy birthday to her and sit on the saddle. I let them know when we checked in and our waiter. All she got was some ice cream.
they were busy but everything was smooth , my meal did not come as requested and they fixed that right away , which is highly unusual for texas roadhouse . staff are tremendous here !
First time being at one. Every employee was very nice, the food was great and our waitress was AMAZING ! Had my 95 yr old Mother in law who can't see or hear to well and they took extra care of her ! Our waitress even sat and talked to my husband about being a Veteran! Wish I could have seen her name (never even looked ) but she was working the bar and waiting on table's. The service was great and the food was outstanding.
Our waiter was great! He stayed on top of drinks made sure all of our food was good and he was very friendly! Definitely the best waiter I've ever had! Picture in the comments since it won't let me post it here.
We always have the best service. The steaks seemed to be a little more bone than meet this time but it was still as juicy as ever (even the next day). The waitress kept our drinks full and fresh rolls with butter on our table. This is the best steak house around. We will most definitely be back.
