Yesterday was my time I ever went to Texas roadhouse in Columbia. I was one of best times i had. My steak was cook just the way i ordered it. Food was delicious. Service was good.
We were there for Valentine’s Day and it was packed and waited for 2 hrs but once we got to table we had a awesome guy waitress and hustle and was great, made it worth the wait .
We normally have a great time here and the food is always delicious. We had a bad experience one time and when this was brought to their attention they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service is very appreciated!
This is the 2nd Friday in a row that we have made reservations and when we get there, they couldn't accommodate us. Tell us that on the phone! Don't waste our time! We have a big family but that's why we call! Not happy, we won't waste our time anymore.

We love Texas road house. Not much had been worth griping about other than the wait.we were told 30 min. And it was more like an hr. And why have call ahead seating if they too have to wait over 30 min. Really need to fix the waiting service or time. And we heard there was a party of 10 call ahead that didn't even get seated together or at the same time. Just not professional for a well liked restaurant. The food was great normally don't get steak cause I like mine well done. My steak was cooked awesome done and juicy.
