After waiting over 30 minutes the waitress realizes she didn't put in our orders. I find that hard to believe because she didn't even bring us our salads. We arrived right before the rush, waited what seemed like forever only to have the manager tell us he'll personally put our orders in. No thanks, we've waited long enough....off to Longhorn we go.

If you want a good steak that is very flavorful this is the place to go, however if you use us as sample size you have a less than 50/50 chance it'll be cooked the way you like it... On the other hand, if you want good service I'd suggest going someplace else! It wasn't what I'd call a warm inviting atmosphere the waitress we had was slow and not very attentive almost a "put out" feel about her.
Give people the steak they ordered, not a smaller one...
6/20 1:30 pm stopped at this Texas RH in Ofallon. It’s so dirty! The blinds on the window were covered with food splatters and who knows what else, the family restroom had an over flowing waste basket, the table was sticky and the first basket of rolls were hard as if they had been warmed from the night before. I’ll never eat in this place again.

I ordered takeout on April 11th, half of my food was missing so had to make another trip up there to get the raw meat we ordered. After my 2nd trip and getting back home I realized the steaks they sold me were labeled use by March 30th (I have pictures) .i was then given an explanation from the manager jason that they are previously frozen so fine to eat.... I have to suspect the same 2 week old expired meat is being cooked and served. I was told I would receive a refund which has not happened even after contacting the compa... read more
Just had the manager’s special and it was fantastic!
We did pick up (only thing we can do so big shock haha)... the steaks were perfect, my son's burger was yummy (I stole a small bite), and I swear you guys have the best bbq grilled chicken! Everything was perfect. The staff was awesome and everyone outside said hi.
