Used call ahead service for seating and when checking in we were told there would be a 15 minute wait - much to my surprise, not even a minute had gone by and our dinner pager went off. Service from there only got better, Ashley our attendant was thorough and pleasant - definitely a seasoned waitress! Worst experience I have ever had. Rattlesnake bites were overcooked and empty and was told we could not use a coupon for the disgusting things. Had a hair in my salad the steaks were disgusting medium rare means rare to them. Seen the waitress maybe three times. The manager gave me my salad free that is all she could do a big two dollars even though I didn't eat but 2 bites of my disgusting steak. Always good service and great food. I love the Texas Roadhouse. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
This is the 2nd time we have went to this one since moving here. Disappointed both times. After the first time we thought we would go again yesterday for our anniversary. My wife's sirloin was really fatty which was strange for a sirloin. Our baked potatoes were not cooked all the way. My daughter spilled her water and 2 waitresses walked by and looked but never offered to help or give us more napkins. We always went to Texas Roadhouse in Iowa, always consistently good. We are very disappointed.
