I don't normally do this but I feel like it needs to be addressed. My boyfriend, myself and our 14 month old son were sat at 7:45pm on 8-29-18 at the O'Fallon, MO location. We sat there for 20 minutes while no less than 5 different servers passed out table with not so much as a, "someone will be right there." We even tried to flag down someone but were ignored. I realize you guys were in the middle of the dinner rush but there was enough time to make 2 birthday announcements in that 20 minute span but not an acknowledgement?... read more
